[mythtv] NVP: Prebuffering pause & WriteAudio: buffer underrun only when watching x264 with mp3 audio...

I'm having this weird issue with mythtv when trying to watch an HD 
channel that has mp3 audio.
The audio stutters and the log shows NVP:Prebuffering pause and also 
WriteAudio: buffer underrun.
All the other channels (x264+AC3) work just fine.

I use the "bit-perfect" audio setup for no processing of audio inside 
mythtv but pure passthrough to free the cpu even more...

Does anyone else has the same issue?
