[mythtv] A simple file manager...

Hello, i see your  Feature Wishlist and read a interesant plugin for
mythtv, the MythCommander.

I think, it is a good idea, please read here:

Now i use Thunar or Krusader with my remote control and add a entry in
menu xml to launch there.
Is very easy to use with Remote Control but not is a part of myth :-( ,
is too ugly :-p

In my opinion MythArchive can convert in a most general plugin with more
option how copy, paste and remove to manager files
because this can explorer filesystem, only need this option (However on
popMenu).
