[mythtv] Ticket #4752: Add R5000 STB Support to MythTV

I was wondering what it would take to get the R5000 code into TRUNK?

The patch is pretty well self-contained, works for several folks, is 
quite stable, and I've tried to make it conform to Myth's coding standards.

Maintenance isn't hard, but I do need to recreate the patch occasionally 
when new devices are added to Myth.

Admittedly there aren't all that many users (probably less than a dozen) 
but maybe that would go up if it were easier to get and use :)

If there is anything I could do to get this to move along, please let me 
know.
