[mythtv] handler.pl for 16:9 aspect on mythweb?

This is not the right list for this.  Just because you didn't get the
response you wanted on the users list doesn't make it any more appropriate
to ask here.

Besides, this is totally the wrong way to go about this.  Aspect ratios are
now stored in recordedmarkup, why not use those to do it the right way?
