[mythtv] Live transcode while recording

Well that depends. The backend could be a slave backend, just doing
dumb recording and storage. Then the CPU would have plenty of cycles
left over to do transcoding. If transcoding was done in the backend,
instead of mythweb (which is usually installed on the master, though
I'm not sure if this is a requirement) triggering a ffmpeg task on the
master, then the scheduling could decide which backend is up to the
task. You might even have your system setup like mine, I don't have
transcoding enabled on the master at all... Just some thoughts.
