[mythtv] make distclean Q.

Hi,

I always recompile my plugins after updating mythtv and I know this is 
inefficient. I think it is when the binary version changes that I need to 
recompile plugins. Is this the case? I assume (not at home now) that this 
is stored in mythversion.h or something similar. I just want to modifiy my 
makefile or write a script that prints a big warning after a compile if a 
plugins recompilr is necessary.
