  (In [18172]) Fixes #3986. Lowers CPU usage in EPG by temporarily disabling
  deinterlacing while displaying EPG.

  This is a bit of a hack, and should no longer be needed after mythtv-vid
  merge.

Hi Daniel,

You probably hate these questions but is there any idea of time scale of 
merging mythtv-vid into trunk? Is it fairly stable as I would like to test 
it?
