Strange, what value did QMAKE_LIBDIR_QT have (qmake -d should show). I was
using Ubuntu 8.04 to test. If it is introduced somewhere else qmake -d
should show that as well (though I was hoping for a simple fix).

Yeah, that is the fallback, I've looked at the various Qt 4 qmake sources
and it should work fine, just hoping to avoid it.
