I'm pretty certain I'm using v7.  I have sent the movie back via
NetFlix but I can try with others I own and get back to you.  I think
it was related to all the aspect switching that happens at the
beginning of a dvd... You have the copyright warnings, studio logos,
etc... I can't recall exactly if this was before or after the main
menu that it was acting up.  But I know that at one point at least it
was showing the widescreen portion of video beyond the edges of the
screen, so I turned the Auto-Fill off via the OSD.
