[mythtv] undocumented mythcommflag options

I was poking around in mythcommflag/main.cpp to see whether the 
--gencutlist option is mutually exclusive with running the commercial 
flagger (it is; there should be an --alsocopycutlist option, or 
something like that), and while there I noticed there was one 
unimplemented option listed in the help text (--blanks) and 5 other 
options not documented in the help text.

I updated the wiki:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Mythcommflag

with information on which options are mutually exclusive with comm 
flagging, which are unimplemented, and attempted to come up with some 
documentation for the undocumented ones.

I'm not setup to test trunk builds, but someone who is should migrate 
this info to the compiled-in help text.
