[mythtv] Any special requirements for the Date/Time to display on Theme menus

To get the clock on the main menu, the theme you use has to support it.

The changes in the code mean that a container for the clock must be
present in the theme's base.xml file.

I updated all the core mythtv themes as well as my own to accommodate
the new feature.

So basically the answer is to update your themes ;)
