Strangely enough, no I have not looked into KDevelop, I'll try it out 
today.  It won't lose anything I run it in Gnome, right? If you use 
KDevelop, what kinds of features do you find useful for mythtv 
programming, and are there any manuals you would recommend about how to 
set it up and utilize said features?


Also, I should have asked this in my original post: What class would be 
a good example for me to emulate when I add comments?  Like with the 
proper formatting for doxygen of class and method comments?   Shall I 
add them to the .h files (as I'm used to doing) or into the .cpp file 
(as I saw once or twice while I was looking through the code)?
