1) The "AltGr" button isn't obvious. Maybe Symbol?

2) Typing URLs or other non-Arabic text will sometimes be necessary.
    Should "AltGr" be "Roman", and change all the keys to QWERTY?

3) Given that the shift keys aren't much use,
    should they become AltGr/Symbol/Roman keys?
