[mythtv] OSX Compile fails on has_altivec ld error

Right idea, wrong section.

(That enable is for mythplugins.
  The error you are having is in mythtv)


Adding --disable-opengl in the %conf mythtv would
probably have fixed it. Hopefully [14900] also did
