[mythtv] Newb question: how does one propose a change?

There is some basic DB documentation here

This is pulled from libs/libmythtv/dbcheck.cpp

If you can figure out a way to automatically generate an ER diagram
using free tools on Linux I'm certainly open to adding it to the
documentation.
