BTW It's a good idea to mention your ticket number whenever you mention
a ticket, if you had I would have looked at your ticket which increases
its chances of being committed sooner.

Just make a separate patch for each of these problems and put them in
a single ticket with a description like "cleanup". Then drop me a note
about the ticket and I'll take a look.

Join this list (and the commits list), and then fix problems and create
tickets for them (assuming there isn't already a ticket). If the patches
don't require a lot of post-processing by the person committing them
you'll eventually be given direct commit access.
