[mythtv] DVB-S with no SDT / NIT tables

It wouldn't be a bad idea to give the option of using stored PIDs in
mythconverg.channel or use 'auto' for the old behavior. Expert users could
even fill in those columns for faster backend tuning. Also, these columns
could be viewed as cached data and get updated when a valid PAT/PMT is found
but use the cache values during tuning. Of course, this would make tuning a
lot more complicated I think.
