[mythtv] Avermedia M150-D

Thanks, at least I know it's not just me.  Since I
migrated to Mythtv 21, CC hasn't worked on either my
Dvico card nor the M150.  However, the CC did work
only for the Dvico card in Mythtv 20.2, even with your
patch to enable the Avermedia card.  I don't know what
it is, but no-one else seems to experience this loss
of CC with their hardware cards (at least no-one is
mentioning it to me).
