Following on from this, we had an idea a while ago to extended the
preferences priorities to include sign language modifier. I suspect
i've even got a ticket about it.

The idea was to allow the EIT / grabber data to setup a flag in the
program data, that ties in with the preferences priorities, so that
then you can let the scheduler decide to record the signed version
or not depending on your priority settings.
