[mythtv] [SPAM?]: Multiple Favorite Groups (Aka Ticket #199)

Firstly, I've been looking for something like this for a while.  It
works very well...

A few things:
1. When you select a favourite group from the menu I think it would help
if a little osd flashed up with the name of the favourite group (just to
make it clear that you really did select it).

2. The favourite groups editor in settings doesn't work very well with
checkboxes in my opinion.  I have over 1000 channels and this means I
have to go through 33 pages for each favourite group.

My suggestion would be to use two listboxes side by side with the first
listing channels in the favourite group and the second listing channels
not in the favourite group (ie. all other channels).
Pressing enter (or selecting and hitting the arrow button) on a channel
would move it to the other list.
A combo box at the top would select favourite group.
As well as buttons to add/delete groups.

Something like this:
