[mythtv] mythvideo ffw/rwd not smooth and sound disable

I tried mythtranscode to generate a map file and compared it with that in 
the database filemarkup generated by mythcommflag.  They are totally 
different.  Although all my recordings are DVB, I see that mythcommflag, 
puts some as type 6 and some as type 9 in filemarkup.

Any of the videos I have rebuilt the index using mythcommflag either show 
the length as too long or too short.  Looks like this is still broken 
according to ticket #1088.

Wondering if I transcode the videos if the problem may disappear?  Also 
thinking of modifying mythtranscode to be able to insert the position map 
into filemarkup as it appears it can only do this for recordings not video 
under mythvideo.

Suggestions?  Comments?
