[mythtv] Encrypted dvb-s channels do not display LMSC in OSC (Was Missing C in LMSC)

Hi,

Now running 13397 the C has reappeared :), some other things have been
updated too so I cannot be completely sure of what fixed it, but its
back.

Was only a minor issue anyway.
