Ok, I've added this functionality in the branch. I'm
not doing any caching, so it isn't terribly efficient,
but it should provide the functionality you are asking
for. This places an "X" in front of the channel string
displayed in the LiveTV EPG for each of the untunable
channels. We should probably highlight these in red or
something like that (and while we're at it highlight
favorite channels in green), but I'm not terribly familiar
with how this would work with the themes' XML files.
This also fixes some problems with "X" channel changing
in the LiveTV EPG when the same channel is available from
multiple sources and some of them are busy.
