Just another data point...

I've seen this when I had bad scheduling data that resulted in the show
title being null. Due to the title being missing, it failed to schedule so
I started the record manually from LiveTV. The Watch Recording screen
showed 2 copies of the show - selecting either played it OK. Deleting one
of them deleted both. My guess is something odd with the Watch Recording
screen if the title is a null string.
