[mythtv] Screensaver when in DVD Menu

I'm looking at creating a patch to enable to screensaver when in a DVD menu. 
I see that the key routines would be
activebuffer->DVD()->IsInMenu(), activebuffer->isDVD(), 
gContext->RestoreScreenSaver and DisableScreensaver.

Currently the screensaver is enabled/disabled in tv_play.cpp.

Looking for some ideas where to put the code to (a) so it works (b) stands 
the best chance of being incorporated to svn.
