[mythtv] Prebuffer timeouts in SVN

OK...still a little confused.  So, when you checkout mythtv, does it
also include part of ffmpeg?  Or, does it compile against the ffmpeg
libraries that you already have installed on your box?

I've also checked out revision 13764, which I read somewhere is not
affected by this.  So far, it's been working well.....but I wouldn't
mind helping in trying to fix it for future users.  I also have not
yet added the cpu flag, but maybe I'll try it later on.
