[mythtv] Prebuffer timeouts in SVN

Ah, ok.  Thank you for the links.  It turns out that I upgraded to
13655, and yes, I am using ivtv (pvr-150).

I do not know what the 'ffmpeg sync' is....but now it will give me
something to research.  :-)
