[mythtv] LiveTV Shuttering & Squeaky Audio

Just found this doc:

This would seem to indicate that the problem I am experiencing could
be a bug in my ffmpeg libraries. I will checkout the latest trunk and
then recompile mythtv.

It would be nice if someone could confirm that I am heading in the
right direction...
