[mythtv] MythMusic issues

I've collected some issues related to MythMusic in here. These are my 
observations and my idea is just to let everyone know of these (I'm of 
course hoping there's someone who might have time to get hands dirty 
with some of these :). I myself will probably try to do something about 
some of these, but with my current speed and free time, it'll take years ;)

There are tons of enhancements and new functionalities that could be 
implemented in MythMusic. I'm not listing those (except the last one), 
I'm just considering bugs in current implementation.


* If you use Smart shuffle and play or skip songs, it plays nicely your 
songs according to your ratings etc. But, if you go to "Edit Playlist" 
and directly escape back to player, Smart Shuffle is lost. When you e.g. 
skip to new songs, all seem to be non-rated songs. Or it falls back to 
normal random or something like that. But definitely does not play songs 
according to Smart shuffle 'policy'. I think there might be some other 
cases also where this Smart mode is lost.

* AlbumArt visualizer does not work always as it should:

* LCD shows volume increase/decrease only the very first time and not 
any subsequent times. When you restart MythMusic it works again, but 
only one time.

* importing music seems to set 'lastplay' field in DB to the time of the 
import (when it probably shouldn't?). This possibly 'brakes' Smart 
Shuffle functionality (last play weight) a bit and also you see in 
Mythweb/MythMusic these recently imported songs under 'Recently Played 
Songs'.

* if you are with empty play queue in player, you see "Active Play 
Queue" item and under it your playlists. If you select one of the 
playlists it starts to play it but I haven't found a way to directly see 
the songs of this playlist. You have to go to "Edit Playlist" and esc 
back from there.

* in the player, if you have real visualizer on-going and you open the 
menu, visualizer is stopped and e.g. AlbumArt is put in place. But (in 
some cases) it is not the AlbumArt of the current song but the 
previously played song.

* Mythweb MythMusic handles artist names with 'The' prefix differently. 
In MythMusic 'The Offspring' can be found under 'O' but in Mythweb it is 
under 'T'.

* Mythweb MythMusic doesn't follow time formats in Recently Added Albums

* Mythweb MythMusic with exotic characters in genres:

* Finally.. one (of the many) enhancement that I'd like to see is that 
LCD could show the song rating value when you modify it. Motivation for 
this is that you could keep your TV closed and just listen music and 
still give ratings to songs only with the help of the LCD. I've looked a 
bit into this myself but not yet come up with anything working.
