[mythtv] Making an 16:10 (800x480) theme

My 24 inch DELL is 1920x1200 which is 16:10 native. Another 7 inch display I
use is 800x480, again 16:10. Well, these are the resolutions I'dd like
MythTV to naturally support, therefore my interest in how to do that, or any
other advices.
