[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #2965: ATSC QAM256 channels fail to tune (partial lock) that are working channels with xine and vlc

This is Cox Cable (Phoenix, AZ) with latest SVN head.  The PID encyption
monitor helped, but I am still unable to view the broadcasts with
mythfrontend.  With example PBS KAETDT, I see Signal 75% | (LM_) Partial
Lock.

I have attached a log with pattern, going into mythfrontend, going to live
tv, switching from pvr-250 to channel 908 on hdhomerun.... log follows.
