The xxx625000 ending of the frequency implies that it may be using a 
different standard than the 'ends with zeroes'. You might re-try 
scanning, using some of the other types of frequency standards.
(Although I admit I have no idea whether there are different broadcast 
frequency standards as there are for cable in North America, but worth 
trying. For that matter, try scanning using the 'cable-IRC' or 
'cable-HRC' type. Who knows what you will get).
