[mythtv] 12505 -- can't lock on DN channels while BEV is fine

>From what I understand DishNet doesn't use the SDT
like the DVB spec specifies it should be used, you
might want to change the sistandard from "dvb" to
"mpeg" in the dtv_multiplex table. Then you should
be able to tune the channels again. However this
will break EIT.
