For the record it was as simple as not having 'uk_rt' in my USE flags so 
everything was updated to 0.5.45 except tv_grab_uk_rt. Not sure how that 
ever worked before I must have been lazy on the initial install and used 
a temporary USE flag or something.

Fixed now thanks.
