[mythtv] Dropping support for pcHDTV V4L drivers

Is anyone opposed to this?

The only card not fully supported by the DVB drivers is the
HD-2000. The drivers are only available for Linux kernels
older than 2.6.10 and are not being actively maintained.

The feature not supported on the HD-2000 in the DVB drivers
is input switching on the digital side. This can be worked
around in most setups by always using the first input for
digital and using either input for the analog side. The only
time this doesn't work is when you have two OTA antennas or
your cable operator uses 8-VSB. AFAIK TimeWarner New York was
the only major cable operator to use 8-VSB and they have
switched to QAM-256 for those stations. The few people with
two or more antennas probably have multiple 8-VSB cards as
well..
