[mythtv] Problem with latest SVN

hmm.. Thats what I thought so I recompiled mythtv and mythplugins and
reinstalled -- made sure my prefixes matched, etc.

I noticed below its saying the library API is 0.20.20061228-1 -- is that
where my problem is?  Not sure why it's coming up with this version
rather then the version I just compiled?
