Sorry, I don't know. That patch is only half done and I wrote
it before the holidays so my memory is a little hazy on the
particulars. It is supposed to be more aggressive in verifying
the PSIP tables. There might be an off-by-one error in a
packet length check, or something you might need to tune is
unimplemented and marked with a "TODO FIXME"...
