[mythtv] Commercial replacement instead of skipping

I don't want to avoid the commercials exactly, I want it to play different
commercials from my own video collection.  Ie...  commflag detects a
commercial, show episodes of Robot Chicken (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_Chicken ) until the show resumes.
