[mythtv] mythcommflag possible bug?

Hi Chris,

I've hit by the seektable bug again. --rebuild does not work. If you
can provide a fix some time soon I will be happy to make a small
donation (will $10 do) as I really have no idea where to fix this
myself. hints on where to look for a possible bug could maybe allow me
to fix it myself.
