At this moment I would say it's unlikely.

IIRC none of them were entirely completed. Bits of the code may eventually
make it into SVN but even that becomes unlikely unless someone is prepared to
take the time to keep the branches in sync with head as well as finish them.
As you might have guessed by now, SoC was just short of a disaster. Most of
the students didn't even make it to the halfway point. The time it took away
from developers as 'mentors' probably meant that less work was done on mythtv
during that period.
Remember that the 10 students that were selected were hand picked from over
100 applicants. On that basis, the quality of applicants wasn't high* and the
experience doesn't really suggest that SoC 2007 is worth participating in.
From what I've heard, dealing with Google's SoC staff wasn't always as easy
as it should have been for the Mentors.
* Not suggesting that their abilities were worse than any mythtv contributor
but some of them lacked the discipline to work 9am-5pm outside an office
environment. Remember that they were paid for their time and received special
help/attention from mythtv devs, so the expectations were accordingly higher.
