[mythtv] Is anyone using osx-packager.pl on OS X with x86?

VERY interesting:

I removed the symlinks and the libraries, and ran os-packager.pl while
running ls continuously from a separate console.

First, there were no entries. Then the following:

-rwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei  730420 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.0.dylib
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei      33 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.dylib -> libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.0.dylib
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei      33 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.dylib -> libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.0.dylib
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei      33 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.dylib -> libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.0.dylib

Looks good. Then a second later:

-rwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei  730420 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.0.dylib
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei       0 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.dylib ->
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei       0 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.dylib ->
lrwxr-xr-x   1 devinhei  devinhei       0 Feb 19 12:06
libmythfreemheg-0.20.0.20.dylib ->

So, it looks like the Makefile writes the correct symlinks, and then
something else screws them up.

Will see if I can figure out who else plays with them. At least it
looks like I'm on the right track.

Also, took Fink out of my path to make sure that wasn't an issue and
used the binary svn referenced in a previous email. Had no effect,
ruling out that the issue had anything to do with Fink (not that this
is a surprise but I was running out of things to try).
