[mythtv] Updated patch for directshow filters with MythTV (for CoreAVC)

Hi there,

Im getting this make error after applying patch 1.3 on fixes svn as follows:


avformatdecoder.cpp: In member function bool
AvFormatDecoderPrivate::InitDirectShow(AVCodecContext*):
avformatdecoder.cpp:119: error: cannot convert const CodecTag* to const
AVCodecTag* in initialization
avformatdecoder.cpp:122: error: av_codec_get_tag was not declared in this
scope
