[mythtv] [PATCH] HDHomeRun QAM fixes for 0-20-fixes

Anyone see any reason not to commit the attached patch to the 0-20-fixes 
branch? I got an HDHomeRun a few days ago, and found that 0.20 does 
indeed have QAM tuning issues, which this patch fixes (successfully 
tested w/my HDHR). Its a pretty straight-forward back-port of changeset 
12564 from trunk.
