and there you go: collateral damage already.

anyways, i have patched libmythtv(svn). 23 files patched. i am
compiling it now to ensure it actually compiles.

how do i submit 23 files to trac? or should i concat them?

i created the diffs with:
  svn diff abc.cpp > abc.cpp.diff

it that right?
