Thanks for all your work on this,  I'm looking forward to using it!

I have a problem compiling on my amd64 box:
audiooutputbase.cpp: In member function ���void
AudioOutputBase::_AddSamples(void*, bool, int, long long int)���:
audiooutputbase.cpp:817: error: cast from ���void*��� to ���uint���
loses precision

It compiles fine on an intel x86 p4 machine - both are identical in
software configuration otherwise (ubuntu gutsy).
