I don't know, a lot of people would be thrilled to be able to use the
extra horsepower in their Windows machines to run jobs from the
JobQueue. :)  Commercial flagging should work out of the box I would
think since it can stream the file remotely, mythtranscode will
probably have some issues since it needs direct read/write access to
the recording directory and files.
