[mythtv] A disruptive MythContext change is coming

I just applied the patch and attempted to compile.

I get this error:

../libmyth/dbsettings.cpp:275: error: 'class MythContext' has no member
named 'GetDatabaseParams'
../libmyth/dbsettings.cpp: In member function 'virtual void
MythDbSettings1::save()':
../libmyth/dbsettings.cpp:288: error: 'class MythContext' has no member
named 'GetDatabaseParams'
../libmyth/dbsettings.cpp: In member function 'virtual void
MythDbSettings2::save()':
../libmyth/dbsettings.cpp:303: error: 'class MythContext' has no member
named 'GetDatabaseParams'

I applied the "6" patch against 15252. The file
"mythtv/libs/libmythtv/dbsettings.cpp" does not exist in this revision, so
I simply ignored that part of the patch. That may explain these errors.
Could you update the patch to cleanly apply against trunk?
