[mythtv] A disruptive MythContext change is coming

This patch will be very useful, for example, to those us on Gentoo who
have --as-needed enabled. I believe Ubuntu 7.10+ also uses --as-needed to
build everything (if it works) so this will make a few distros quite
happy.
Any idea when this patch may hit trunk?
