[mythtv] Ticket #4270: MythTV on Windows (with MinGW)

Andrei,

wacking my latest (just rebuilt QT for the third time today)
libqsqlmysql.dll into the same folder as all my run-time dependancies (ie
the .exe's and .dll's) sorted it for me.   (I put that in the wiki too)

I think I may have been using a much earlier build of the dll due to my lack
of understanding of how they are found/located with Mingw., but it's gone
away now... and I can now claim to be the "second" person to get mythtv
compiled and running for windows :-)   (but only just, as Richard is
probably only minutes away!)  I even runs....except when it's crashing....
which is a lot.  :-)

Just thought other dev's might like to hear the small successes.

P.S. And I thought building Evolution for Windows was painful... (it
was!) :-)
