[mythtv] Ticket #4270: MythTV on Windows (with MinGW)

All of my library .dll files are in the msys bin directory. C:\msys\1.0\bin.
I tried copying them to the mingw bin and the include files over but that
did not work. I still get that error. Also I get these lines of output:

Broken shell detected.  Trying alternatives.
Trying shell bash
./configure: line 245: pr: command not found
